In response to Mrs.Kallas blog prompt click here.
Tactile is whenever I learn I have to touch the paper or maybe if we're using like scissors or something I would much rather learn that way because if I touch I have a better chance of learning it more if I touch it. I like the notes to where I have to like cut flaps open or maybe being able fold the notes to where I can see the notes. Check out this video that tells you about tactile learners.
An example of a learning activity that would go with Bodily Kinesthetics is maybe watching a teacher or somebody doing an example problem or something, and then miming that person and then doing it. Another example that would go with Interpersonal is working with a group cooperatively.
Somebody who is global...

-Likes the overall idea first thing.
-Lets others go first.
-Likes humor.
-Likes rewards.
Some dialogue that you would here from a global person is maybe,"I'll do it later." Or, "I need a break!" Or, "Enough! I'm out of here!"
Check out this video about Global people.
Oranges are a lot of things but these are only ten of them.
-Active
-Generous
-Competitive
-Need variety.
-Bring excitement to society.
-Drawn to active jobs.
-Drawn to tools.
-Like to be center of attention.
-Difficulty finding acceptance.
-Bold in relationships.
A bad day for me is me making bad decisions and and breaking the rules and lying.

My Biggest Challenge as a Future Teacher
I'm doing this prompt for Education and Training because recently we watched the movie, 'Beyond The Blackboard' and in the movie the teacher, Mrs.Bess, was faced with many challenges. So with this blog I will be writing what type of challenges I would have the most trouble resolving and how I would resolve them.
If I was a teacher 2 of the biggest hurdles or challenges I would be faced with are, that if maybe a child didn't understand what we were learning in class. And this would be hard because this could affect their academic progress because they couldn't go on with the next lesson because they would have to wait until they understood the lesson they were on. But some steps that could help them are maybe them coming to tutorials to get extra help. Or maybe at home getting a tutor or other help at home so they don't have to come to school for tutorials.
Another hurdle that I would have is if the student was getting upset or mad at another student and they started to argue with each other. To solve the problem I would separate them on opposite sides of the classroom until they calmed down. I would also go and talk to each of the students and see what made them do their actions and maybe see if the students want to talk it out. And if the argument gets serious this could affect the academic progress because they could possibly grab the other students attention and then they would watch and get behind on their work. Also this could affect the academic progress of the two students that got in the argument because they could possibly get suspended or in big trouble

Early History of Education in America
I recently was learning about education in the Early History of Education in America in my P.E.T. class. My response to the blog prompt is below.
If now we had one room school houses and I was a teacher and we could use technology, I would find the child's weakness in what they're learning and I would possibly find a website or two that could help that child with that weakness.
So for example if one student didn't understand the math that they were learning in class they could go to a website that takes that student step by step on how to do that math. Or another example could be if one student isn't at the same reading level as the other students they could just read a book a little lower of a level than what they're reading in class, or go to a website that could help the child get up to the level that they're reading in class.

The Water Is Wide Reflection
Recently, I viewed the inspirational movie, The Water Is Wide, in my P.E.T. class. You will find my response to the blog prompt below.
1. One way education has changed is that back then they didn't have the same technology as we do now because back then they didn't have laptops and iPads and phones, they had projectors and books. Another way education has changed from then and now is that back then they used chalk boards, now we use smart boards and white boards.
2. Children now and then both respect their teachers because if they didn't they would get punished by their teacher. Also the students do the work when the teacher and/or adult figure asks' them to do it. The teachers in both times were all enthusiastic towards their teaching.
5. Mr.Conroy went to all the students in his class houses and talked to their parents about the school and that he is the new teacher for their kids.
6. At the point in the movie where he encountered roadblocks he encountered roadblocks with kids because when he first started teaching there with the students the students were very shy towards Mr.Conroy about their feelings. Also they weren't very open about their knowledge and their talents around Mr.Conroy.
